Fixing damaged semi-trailer

Damage to truck bodies and semi-trailers occurs all the time. It can be due to driver error, poor loading practices or simply be due to the age of the unit.

No matter what, we can fix it up so it looks like new. Bring it in, or we’ll come and collect.

This unit had extensive damage to its side, caused when the semi-trailer turn wasn’t wide enough and it collided with a power pole. We’ve just stripped the whole side out.

Here’s what the unit looked like when we had completed all repairs. Just like new!

The Workshop

Our premises has undergone a massive extension to our workshop which we now have seperate areas for “New Bodies”and “Service and Repairs”.

We can now Service and Repair eight-ten prime movers at a time, House a vast range of spare parts right on site and with our new Body Building area at the rear of the workshop we can fully keep up with demand.

At Ace we don’t just build truck bodies, we repair and service them as well. We care for your truck body as if it were ours. Part of your design package is a maintenance program which will ensure you get optimum efficiency and sustained durability.

For minor repair jobs, we’ll come to you and fix your truck body on-site. This saves you the hassle of needing to schedule time to come to us. For bigger repair jobs, we’ll book you in as soon as possible and give you a definite time when you can get your truck back and get on with running your business.

We specialise in fixing floors, wall delamination and repairs, and can service and repair any size vehicle, from a utility to a semi-trailer. All jobs are fully quoted for your approval before we start. Insurance jobs are also a specialty.
